Vizio has a recall on several HDTV in the last 7 months sold introduced variables for the potential of turning. This is broken on tiered table with TV. Vizio States, there were 51 cases of failure of the supporting table models from 39 to 42 inches.
If you have one of these TVs or other Vizio TV with a table of media failure, you must contact the Safety Commission Consumer Products (USCPSC).

This recall involves 39 E Series Vizio flat-screen TV and 42-inch LED-Table completed. The flat screen TVs are black with "VIZIO" appears in the lower right front of the television and VIZIO logo in the middle of the numbers of the following rear corners model and serial numbers are included in the recall.:

Model number and serial number are located on a label on the back of the TV.
Incidents / Injuries
VIZIO has received 51 reports of the recalled televisions switch. No injuries were reported.
Resort
Consumers should use the bracket to be removed immediately, set the record in a safe place and contact VIZIO for a spare set of media. Consumers should look for the spare TV wall mount installation, if support for future use is required.
